What you will hear and see:
Success comes from understanding
what is to be done, commitment to making it happen, doing what it takes and
learning from doing it. I call this the wheel of success.
The wheel is common sense, which is
probably why so few people apply it in practice. For example, people in
organizations don’t begin with ‘understanding’. Organizations are based on
telling people what do to and demanding that they get better at it.
But before you assume that the
wheel is only broken in organizations, consider this. Soon after you were
born people bigger and stronger than you began to tell you what to do and
how to do it.
Few people break out of this cycle
of being ‘told’ and ‘telling’ others. No wonder you become confused about
whose resolutions and goals you are actually striving for.
No
wonder the wheel of success is broken.

What you will get from
participating:
-
You will understand how your wheel
of success is broken, why it stays broken, and why it is so difficult to fix
it.
-
And then you will learn that you
can fix it.
-
You will understand how the wheel
of success is broken in organizations, why it stays broken, and why it is so
difficult to fix it.
-
And then you will learn what must
be done to fix it.
