What you will hear and see:
Most people know the Greek legend of the Trojan horse. Not many people
know that at least one senior person in the hierarchy of Troy was suspicious
of that horse.
We know that he was ignored.
And yet, Trojan horse incidents happen all the time in organizations.
What can you do to stop this horse? Obviously, it is difficult to
do anything if no one spotted the threat. But it is always in your
power to listen to others.
If you don't, then be ready to welcome another Trojan horse. |

What shifts your
mind might make:
(a) why Trojan horse incidents
happen, given the fact that we know the legend so well;
(b) why, as a leader, you suffer the curse of kingship and why employees
don't behave according to your strategies and instructions;
(c) why like-mindedness creates the enemy within;
(d) how to use the invisible success factors to minimize the risk of
another horse appearing in your midst;
and
(e) what to do once you find another horse inside your organization. |
